In this fast-paced position, you'll collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, solve payment and invoice challenges, leverage technology to improve processes, and make a direct impact on financial operations. It's an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous growth.Currently, this is a hybrid opportunity located in Richmond, VA.As a part of the team, you will:High volume invoice processing on an accurate and timely basis.Handle three-way match, coding, review and reconciliation of vendor statements.Research and resolve PO/invoice discrepancies.Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.Identify ideas for process improvement.What you know:High School diploma and 3+ years' experience (preferred) and proficiency in an automated AP environment.Experience working in a Shared Services environment.Experience working with multiple ERP systems (3 or more).Associates in Accounting (preferred).Fluent in Spanish (preferred).At Alfa Laval, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
