SUPERVISOR DE CALCINACIÓN

Buscamos un Supervisor de Calcinación responsable de asegurar la continuidad operativa del proceso productivo, garantizando la eficiencia de los equipos, el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente, así como el suministro oportuno de producto a nuestros clientes. Principales responsabilidades Supervisar la operación y control de los procesos de calcinación. Monitorear indicadores operativos y desempeño de equipos de proceso. Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de hornos, sistemas de combustión e instrumentos de medición. Analizar variables de operación para garantizar la eficiencia y estabilidad del proceso. Coordinar y dar seguimiento a actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Asegurar el abastecimiento de insumos requeridos para la producción. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad del producto. Supervisar al personal operativo a cargo y promover una cultura de seguridad. Dar seguimiento a programas e indicadores de productividad, costos y disponibilidad de equipos. Implementar acciones de mejora continua en el área. Perfil requerido Escolaridad Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Eléctrica, Electrónica o Química. Experiencia Mínimo 3 años como Supervisor de Producción, Supervisor de Operaciones o Supervisor de Mantenimiento en empresas industriales. Experiencia en procesos productivos continuos. Manejo de personal operativo. Seguimiento a mantenimiento industrial. Control de indicadores de producción y eficiencia. Conocimientos deseables Procesos térmicos o de transformación industrial. Administración de operaciones. Mecánica, hidráulica y electricidad industrial. Control estadístico de procesos. Seguridad industrial y medio ambiente. Administración de mantenimiento.
