Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities as an LMFT will involve providing both group and individual therapy sessions. You will work closely with couples to address their relationship dynamics while also meeting with each partner individually to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions focused on issues such as grief and loss, communication difficulties, family conflicts, and adjustment to life changes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Document therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic practice will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. Specific areas of expertise will include:

• Providing support for families dealing with physical and psychological trauma.

• Guiding families through grief and loss.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically addressing familial and relational therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The LMFT position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
