Closing Coordinator

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Closing Coordinator will manage the loan closing process by reviewing documents, securing lender approvals, and addressing client inquiries while ensuring compliance with state requirements. Key responsibilities Review Work In Progress report to ensure completion of closing documents Secure lender approval of loan closing documents and confirm closing details with borrowers Maintain open communication with clients, borrowers, and internal team members to address inquiries professionally Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Practical work experience within the real estate industry or vendor management service company Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closing processes Proven customer service skills Proficiency with personal computers
