This role offers the opportunity to earn between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, reflective of experience and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients through regular virtual sessions, establishing trust and rapport while upholding professional ethics.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs, followed by the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans.

• Schedule and document client interactions rigorously, maintaining precise and confidential progress notes to track therapeutic advancements.

• Engage in one-on-one supervision sessions with peers or supervisors to reflect on clinical practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to integrate services and optimize client care pathways.

• Maintain an optimistic and growth-oriented mindset, adapting to changing client needs and embracing ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a broad spectrum of individuals ranging from children to adults who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and specific familial issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, allowing for independent practice.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient environment.

• Proven experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Comfort with technology, including proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and case management.
