Dividend Operations Specialist - Data Entry & Audit

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist for its Dividend department in New York. You will support daily workflow, enter data into the FINET system, and apply debits and credits with accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or higher, 3–5 years of dividends experience, and strong MS Office skills.
