Demand Generation Lead

Our client is one of the most closely watched, research-led AI companies in the Bay Area with exceptional growth prospects and the backing of well-known individuals and funds. Led by proven entrepreneurs, the existing research and engineering team includes key hires from the major frontier AI labs. We are looking for a strategic Demand Generation Lead who will work at the intersection of research, product and marketing to shape a highly sophisticated offer. Buyers will be CTOs, Heads of AI and research leads training frontier models on their own domains. This will require a tailored, thoughtful approach including high value events, content and social, targeted at crucial opinion formers. This is a highly demanding role and the potential for personal growth is commensurate. The successful candidate will have the following key attributes: A thorough knowledge of AI (beyond daily LLM usage etc.) and proven comfort working in a leading-edge engineering environment. Intellectual curiosity and a strong academic background. Demonstrated ability to build a product-led, multi-channel pipeline selling to technical buyers, with measurable impact. Entrepreneurial smarts and experience; start-up mindset, dealing with ambiguity, shaping the agenda, a high bias for action and being a key team player in a fast-paced environment. You will be joining a small, non-hierarchical team that carries "no passengers". The successful candidate will be intelligent, inquisitive, creative, technically proficient and contributing values-based leadership. One week remote working, three weeks in-person x5 days SF office.
