We are currently seeking applications for a Board Certified or Eligible OBGYN physician to join our Longview team in Longview, Washington. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to women's health and demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. Our Longview clinic is staffed by two OBGYN physicians along with supportive clinical and administrative personnel. This role includes on-call duties at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, where support is provided by a Legacy OB Hospitalist and our Kaiser Permanente backup system around the clock. The hospital is equipped with a Level III NICU and on-site anesthesia, averaging 70 deliveries each month.

• Shared call responsibilities among a group of 14 physicians.

• Scheduled GYN surgeries performed at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center.

• Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR system.

• Potential for leadership roles within the medical group if desired.

• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Current Hiring Incentives for This Role:

• Relocation allowance of up to $15,000.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $297,800 to $363,200, taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other pertinent factors. In addition to the salary range, we provide a rich benefits package that significantly enhances the total compensation.
