This integral member of our products team will be responsible for the detailed design, documentation, development, unit testing, and maintenance of existing applications built in C# and React. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute their expertise and knowledge while partnering with other members of the team. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, certification of software, as well as applicable support and maintenance of the software ecosystem.What You'll Do:Working and participating in agile ceremonies as part of a scrum team consisting of senior developers, QA, Agile Delivery specialist, and product ownersWriting clean, well-tested, and maintainable code that is reusable and extendableCoordinating and participating in code reviews with the product team as well as other departmentsTranslating requirements and designing efficient and performant solutions.Integrating applications with backend services and databasesEvaluating and reporting on new frameworks and applicable technologies, including security best practicesWhat You Bring:BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience3+ years of professional web development experience including React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS2+ years of professional full-stack application development experience using C#Proficient with SOLID object-oriented developmentExperience with RESTful APIs, web API consumption and SPA design and implementationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly detail orientedA great attitude and professional drive to produce high-quality workExperience with Git, source code management, merging, pull-requestsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with an agile development methodology featuring sprints, points estimation, and daily standupsExperience with code reviews to maintain and advocate for best practicesDemonstrated experience collaborating with other developers and key stakeholders to determine the high-level requirementsWhat skills are coachable or nice-to-have?Experience with AWS or Azure cloud development platforms desirableExperience with AI, JavaScript, LangChain, etc.Working knowledge of an ERP supply chain or warehouse management software solution desirableSelection ProcessInitial Call with our Talent Acquisition TeamHiring Manager Interview with Sr. Director of Software DevelopmentDevelopment Team Panel InterviewCross Functional Team Panel Interview with QA, Product, Scrum MasterExecutive Interview with the EVP of Product EngineeringEmployer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status).
