Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery in a home care environment and develop effective treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize a variety of techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific recovery goals.
• Document patient treatments, responses, and progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care.
• Reassess therapeutic goals regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to align with patients' evolving needs.
• Recommend assistive devices such as braces or walkers when needed and train patients and their families on their proper use.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, participating in professional networks, and staying informed through relevant publications.
