Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience supporting students in a school environment highly preferred
• Comfort working with elementary and middle grade students (K-8)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and staff
• Ability to independently plan and deliver compensatory OT services
• Flexibility and organizational skills to effectively manage a dynamic caseload

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services as outlined in IEPs and compensatory plans for students in grades K-8
• Assess and document individual student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure coordinated support
• Maintain accurate service logs and timely communication regarding student goals and achievements
• Adhere to school policies, state regulations, and best practice standards in all aspects of service delivery
• Work on-site during school hours (8:30am–2:30pm) for approximately 30 hours per week
