Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Billing Clerk to join our accounting team. This entry-level position is responsible for assisting with billing, invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and eager to learn accounting and billing processes.

Location: Long Beach
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Enter billing and payment information into accounting or billing systems.
- Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
- Post payments and assist with reconciling customer accounts.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with accounts receivable follow-up.
- Respond to basic customer questions regarding invoices and account balances.
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other general accounting duties.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Protect confidential customer and financial information.
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
