Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including burgers, appetizers, and beverage offerings Anticipate guest needs, check in during meals, and resolve any concerns quickly Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service flow Maintain a clean and organized section throughout each shift Requirements Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person!
