Required Qualifications

Phlebotomist, Laboratory Experience: 2 years Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)

CERT-ASCP-Phlebotomy(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Certification(s) MUST be included in profile/at submission!
