Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration: 24 Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Johnston, IA 50131

Shift: Rotating 1st Shift (Monday–Friday)

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer and dealer calls regarding parts orders and products available on Shop.Deere.com.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and occasional email.
• Make outbound calls to research issues and provide follow-up updates.
• Provide product information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Process special orders and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the case management/CRM system.
• Research and troubleshoot order, product, and account-related issues.
• Escalate complex customer issues when necessary.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Handle approximately 15–20 customer calls per day.

Must-Have Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service or call center experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident phone presence and customer interaction skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong documentation and CRM/data entry skills.
• Reliable home internet and distraction-free workspace.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and holidays.
• Proven reliability and strong work history.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Knowledge of agriculture, turf equipment (mowers), or utility vehicles.
• Experience working with agriculture or technology dealers.
• Call center or contact center experience.
• Experience supporting customers through phone and email.
• Familiarity with order processing and case management systems.
