Job Description

Line Support

• Responsible for the continuous monitoring of the Manuel Each picking Area or Full case picking area. This will include strategically moving personnel throughout the picking area to ensure all areas have sufficient coverage to meet the demands of the orders
• Pick and pack Orders from all different types of Pick Locations including FMR/Bulk MEP
• Responsible for the daily processing of all orders to include priority sequencing and special instructions
• Monitor efficiency and report findings to management
• Responsible to fill all picking locations on as needed basis and collaborate with the replenishment team to prioritize and fulfill missing replenishment orders
• Responsible for quality control and accuracy for all order fulfillment by ensuring all procedures are followed for line starting, picking, scanning and check weigh audit
• Responsible for maintaining required order commitments by picking all orders within the SLA
• Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

General Guidelines for All Employees

• Report any unsafe work conditions to management
• Keep a neat, clean, and safe work area
• May be required to be cross trained and work in other departments within the Distribution Center
• Work overtime on an as needed basis
• Perform additional tasks as needed
• Work in a fragrance filled environment
• Ability to work in a non-temperature regulated warehouse environment, which may involve some exposure to seasonal weather changes.

Physical Requirements

• Able to pick/pack, unpack and lift cartons up to 30lbs as required by the role
• Ability to push and pull picking carts, pallets and material handling equipment
• Continuous standing/walking for an average of 7.5 hours/day
• Continuous bending/movement of arms, torso and legs for an average of 7.5 hours/day

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in a Distribution Center environment
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Good understanding of computer systems
• Good understanding of Microsoft excel
• Good communication skills
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
