Area Health Manager — Home Health & Community Outreach
Encompass Health Corporation
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a branch representative to engage with physicians, hospitals, facilities and aging care communities to inform them about Medicare home health services. You will implement programs to improve care, serve as a public awareness ambassador, and educate the community about home health and hospice options.
