Associate Attorney

Duties: Represent clients in various civil practice areas, including litigation, transactions, and employment matters. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and other essential paperwork. Provide comprehensive legal counsel to both individual and business clients. Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on complex cases, offering legal insights and support. Manage client files and maintain effective communication throughout the lifecycle of legal matters. Participate in case strategy discussions and provide recommendations on case developments. Ensure timely completion of legal tasks and meet client expectations and deadlines. Stay updated on legal developments and continuously enhance professional knowledge. Requirements: 2-6 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on civil practice areas such as litigation, transactions, or employment law. Admission to the New Mexico Bar is required. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing client cases. Commitment to high ethical standards and professional integrity. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active and unrestricted license to practice law in the state of New Mexico.
