- The Senior Salesforce PM/SM/BSA will serve as a servant leader for one or more Salesforce Agile teams
- Ensuring effective adoption of Scrum practices, smooth sprint execution, and continuous delivery of high quality Salesforce solutions.
- This role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder collaboration, and deep understanding of Agile delivery in enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Project Manager/Scrum Master/Business Analyst (Onshore), who has handled Salesforce implementations
- Who will need to work with multiple dependent teams, track and be the Point of Contact for all activities on a key project, that will run till end of the year.
- Must posses strong BSA skills to write user stories, which are discussed in requirement calls.
- This role will involve participation in higher-level steering committee discussions, so seniority and presence will be key.
- Must have managed at least 2-3 large scale Salesforce projects each with minimum duration of 6 months Healthcare payer domain experience is a huge plus
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have high degree of comfort managing issue tracking tools like JIRA
- 9+ years of overall IT experience
- With extensive hands on experience as a Scrum Master supporting Salesforce-based Agile delivery teams.
