I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member - State Farm has been my entire career. I'm a graduate of the University of Missouri, a proud father of two, and enjoy spending time outdoors whenever I can. Supporting my community is something I'm passionate about. I serve as a Director for the Ford of Sage School District Education Foundation, am an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce, and enjoy giving back through education and community initiatives. As a Customer Service Representative with Philip Snodgrass - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
