Sr Resource Manager @ Tekshapers Inc. | Manager-Delivery & Accounts (US & Canada) Global Payroll Analyst/Financial Analyst Location: Overland Park, KS (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Employment Type: Long Term Contract, Start ASAP Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/HR or related field 5 years minimum experience in payroll processing 2+ years global/multi-country payroll processing experience Industry knowledge of global payroll compliance & tax regulations Familiarity with labor laws across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) Systems experience with payroll software and HRIS systems, including ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle Any CPP, GPA, or IPP certifications desirable International payroll certifications (GPMI, CIPP, IPP) highly desirable Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Information Technology and Finance Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr Tekshapers
