Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Build relationships with customers in person, by phone, text, and email
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer activity
• Achieve sales goals and performance objectives
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Participate in daily training and sales meetings

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
