Marketing Automation Specialist
Lead marketing technology and automation initiatives across platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools. Design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns, customer journeys, lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization. Integrate Martech platforms with CRM, CDP, analytics, and other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and customer experiences. Monitor campaign performance, automation workflows, data quality, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable marketing automation solutions.
