Marketing Automation Specialist

To support marketing processes within the martech stack, the full-time Marketing Automation Specialist will manage lead routing, build segmentation lists, execute email campaigns, and ensure database hygiene in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own lead routing rules and maintain automation that supports the lead lifecycle, troubleshooting technical errors as needed Build and manage dynamic audience and suppression lists for marketing campaigns Monitor and execute email management tasks, collaborating with growth marketing to optimize campaigns Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field 2+ years of marketing experience with proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) Familiarity with webinar platforms Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing Prior experience in a B2B software company is a plus
