Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Texas | 2026-2027 School Year

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Texas for the 2026-2027 school year beginning in August 2026. Position Details
Full-time opportunity, 35-37.5 hours/week 
2026-2027 school year
Onsite position
Additional caseload assignment discussed during interview
Supportive district and multidisciplinary therapy team
Opportunity to work with a diverse student population

Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Develop individualized treatment plans to support communication and academic success
Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting

Requirements
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or pending Texas SLP license
Ability to work onsite within a school-based setting
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Open to candidates transitioning from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, or medical settings
