CNC Lathe Setup Lead & Machining Mentor

DRIV-LOK in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Lathe Setup Lead to oversee CNC 2-axis lathe setup, program loading, tooling and offsets, and daily labor deployment. The role requires hands-on CNC turning setup, strong troubleshooting, and leadership to mentor machinists while coordinating with engineering and quality teams.
Applicants should have 3–5 years setting up 2-axis lathes with Fanuc controls, plus experience reading blueprints and using standard inspection tools.
