Job description

The Receptionist/Admin Support role supports a small team by managing front desk operations and performing general administrative tasks. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this role encompasses receptionist duties, appointment scheduling, data entry, and basic bookkeeping, ensuring smooth office workflow and excellent customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and directing calls
Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Handle customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and route phone calls efficiently
Maintain filing systems and documentation
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Organize and manage office information and records
Support general administrative tasks including basic bookkeeping

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in administrative support or data entry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
Good time management skills
