You will be responsible for utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress, ensuring compliance with health regulations while providing high-quality care. You will also participate in regular virtual team meetings to enhance collaboration, share best practices, and discuss client cases with fellow professionals.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Telecare Counseling Center, you will primarily work with adult clients facing various challenges, including mood disorders, substance abuse, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Washington state.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, providing individual and group therapy.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Upper-level proficiency in using electronic health record systems and telehealth technology.

• Demonstrated ability to connect with diverse populations through interpersonal skills and cultural competence.
