Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose a variety of mental health disorders in clients, utilizing advanced clinical techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions using therapeutic methodologies appropriate for the client population.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license in the state of Florida.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience providing outpatient mental health therapy.

• Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
