Position Highlights:
Answer incoming phone calls and process customer requests for DME according to the health plan criteria and diagnosis. Maintain an open line of communication with patients, clients and referral sources.
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals to provide exceptional customer service, who are able to multi-task and who work well in a fast paced, structured environment.
