Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Familiarity with IEP and 504 Plan processes is a plus
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to urgent situations
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing services to students, including medication administration, first aid, and care for chronic conditions
• Develop, update, and implement individualized health care plans (IHPs) for students with medical needs
• Monitor and address communicable disease concerns and infection control
• Serve as a health resource and advocate for students, parents, and staff
• Maintain accurate health records and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
