Designed specifically for hockey and made for concerts, Acrisure Arena provides top-tier hospitality, artist amenities, and all the benefits of a modern music and sports venue to the Coachella Valley.Oversee the Box Office during events to ensure the Ticketing Representatives are providing top-notch customer serviceWorking with Ticketmaster Archtics to solve customer ticketing issuesWorking VIP entrances during events to ensure there are no ticketing issues for VIP customersProcessing orders via Ticketmaster ArchticsDealing with customer issues either at the box office or VIP entrancesPerform other duties as assigned2-3 years experience in an office setting or similar preferredAbility to perform effectively under stressful situationsAbility to define, analyze and solve problemsAbility to coordinate box office procedures with otherstaffAbility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to safely and accurately handle and account for large sums of moneyAbility to handle difficult situations with courtesy and tact when dealing with the public and promotersAbility to maintain an effective working relationship with other staff, event promoters and the general publicSkill in operating modern office equipment, including computersFrequent bending, lifting of heavy objects, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the buildingAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
