This role directs the technical development of the IETM Software (Integrated Electronic Technical Manual), Sustainment Digital Twin, Intelligent Assistant, and related Digital Transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will set technical direction across all phases of these efforts — identifying and scoping new capabilities, making architecture and design decisions, onboarding new customers and platforms into the environment, and partnering with the program manager on planning, execution, and monitoring.Summary of RoleServe as technical design authority for the product portfolio, making and defending architecture, data model, and toolchain decisions across web, mobile, cloud, and server componentsOwn the capability roadmap: identify the need for new features, applications, and services;
