Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility for therapists while still fostering connections with clients through virtual sessions. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet adaptable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to clients, adapting therapeutic modalities according to their needs—I.e., cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure unified treatment strategies that consider the broader context of patients’ lives.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
