Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $60+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced full‑time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Swampscott, Massachusetts. This position is ongoing and staff level. Job Description & Requirements How You’ll Make an Impact Use strong head‑to‑toe assessment skills to identify subtle changes in patient condition. Apply acute and post‑acute care experience (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care). Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting. Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring. Conduct comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation. Strong problem‑solving skills in unpredictable home environments. Manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits. Efficient with point‑of‑care documentation and technology. Attention to detail while maintaining productivity expectations. Comfortable providing care in varied home environments. Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs and schedules. Employer‑paid life insurance. Qualifications Current nursing license in good standing in Massachusetts. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (school transcript or diploma). At least one year of recent hands‑on medical experience with adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings). Experience with OASIS documentation. Compensation & Schedule Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule. Base pay: $60–$65 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation. $5,000 bonus with a full‑time commitment.
