Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive with proven experience in mechanical service/ retrofit sales. You will focus on service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, and retrofit opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop new business with building management firms, education and healthcare networks etc. Drive pursuit of large-scale HVAC (retrofit & Service). Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to deliver client-first solutions. Represent Everest with professionalism, integrity, and a team-first attitude. Mentor junior sales staff as the company grows. Requirements 5-10 years of sales experience in commercial HVAC service. Established network of GC, healthcare, or institutional contacts strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to win large project work. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
