Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote Telehealth Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Remote Telehealth Patient Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating virtual appointments between patients and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for managing the patient’s journey from initial contact to appointment scheduling and follow-up care. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for patients seeking telehealth services Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about our services Schedule appointments for patients with healthcare providers Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of telehealth services Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record system Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the patient experience Stay current on telehealth industry trends and best practices Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in using electronic health record systems Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable internet connection and home office setup Contract Details This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
