Work Environment\n

As part of our collaborative team, you will work predominantly in a remote setting, optimizing patient care while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. While your daily schedule will mainly cover traditional office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be necessary to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments that take into account the intertwining effects of chronic medical issues such as chronic pain and autoimmune disorders on patients' mental health.

• Develop and execute integrated treatment plans that holistically address both psychiatric and medical needs for effective patient outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based methodologies tailored to each patient's unique context.

• Work closely with medical professionals to ensure coordinated care that leads to positive treatment results.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support in mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and welfare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
