Remote Senior Deal Strategy & Ops Lead

DigitalOcean seeks a Deal Strategy Program Manager to scale how we support our sales org. You will own deals end-to-end from quoting to quote-to-cash, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal to move high-value agreements forward with discipline and speed.
We value autonomy, strong judgment in ambiguous situations, and a track record of independent deal ownership. The role supports SaaS/cloud sales and emphasizes process improvement and mentorship across the Revenue Operations team.
