Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy settings preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfort with assessments, IEP development, and collaborating with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with varied speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reporting
• Adapt therapy delivery for both onsite and remote (teletherapy) formats as needed
