Director Of OperationsJM Test Systems provides calibration, test and measurement equipment, and technical services across multiple business segments and service locations. We help customers in industrial, energy, manufacturing, and other demanding environments keep critical instruments accurate, compliant, and ready to perform.The OpportunityOur network of locations is where JM Test Systems delivers for customers every day, in our labs, on our rental floors, and in the field. As we grow, both organically and through acquisitions, we're looking for a Director of Operations to bring our locations together into one consistent, scalable operation.In this role, you will restructure and standardize how our growing locations operate, integrate newly acquired businesses, and build the foundation that lets us scale, all while driving profitability, revenue growth, turnaround times, safety, and customer satisfaction. You'll partner with our Chief Revenue Officer, Director of Marketing, and division managers to grow market share, sharpen pricing and service offerings, and bring in the processes and technology that help our teams work smarter.You'll thrive here if you're a strategic, data-driven leader who develops strong teams, stays close to customers, and has built consistency and scale across a growing, multi-location business.Key Responsibilities & Outcomes· Standardize for scale. Restructure operations across our locations to create consistent processes, structures, and standards that support continued growth.· Integrate acquisitions. Lead the operational integration of newly acquired businesses, bringing their people, processes, and systems into the JM Test Systems way of working.· Drive financial performance. Deliver EBITDA and revenue to plan across all locations through smart pricing, expanded service offerings, sales strategies, and cost control.· Grow market share. Work with the CRO and Director of Marketing on digital strategy, new market segments, product category management, strategic partnerships, and brand visibility.· Delight customers. Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular surveys, feedback, faster turnaround, and prompt issue resolution.· Make operations more efficient. Streamline processes, automate tasks, implement technology, and optimize resources to improve order fulfillment and calibration and repair turnaround times.· Lead a safety-first culture. Ensure every location meets safety programs, audits, and inspections, and stays compliant with industry regulations and company policies.· Build high-performing teams. Set clear goals, coach and develop leaders, recognize performance, and improve engagement and retention across the network.What You Bring· Required: MBA or a similar advanced degree in business or a related field.· Required: Proven experience leading operations across multiple locations, with accountability for P&L, EBITDA, and revenue results.· Required: Track record of standardizing and scaling a growing multi-location business, including integrating acquisitions.· Required: Strong business and financial insight, with the ability to use data and market trends to guide pricing, service offerings, and strategy.· Required: Track record of improving efficiency, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction through process and technology, and of developing talent and building engaged teams.· Required: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers, leaders, and teams at every level.· Preferred: Experience in rental, calibration, testing, or industrial services.Why JM Test Systems?This is a senior leadership role with a direct impact on how JM Test Systems grows.
