Job Details Hybrid Schedule – Employee Owned – National Firm Salary: $105,000 – $145,000 per year. Job is hosted by: Rayenn Boyd. Position: Structural Engineer – full‑time, permanent. Responsibilities Design and analyze structural systems for steel, concrete and wood for various building types. Use structural software programs such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000 and STAAD Pro for design and modeling. Perform seismic design and analysis to meet local, state and federal seismic codes. Participate in development of structural design standards and procedures. Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure overall design integrity. Review and approve structural shop drawings and material submittals. Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with design. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum of 5 years experience in structural engineering in the construction industry. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Proficient in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000 and STAAD Pro. Knowledge of seismic design and steel design crucial. Strong understanding of building codes and structural engineering standards. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
