Physical Therapist 0.4 FTE Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts (District Wide) Job ID: 5275011 Application Deadline: Posted until filled Posted: Jul 08, 2025 Starting Date: Aug 25, 2025 Job Description Work with students with disabilities as assigned to provide physical therapy to students as identified in their IEPs. This position is anticipated to be working with students at various levels based on IEP needs. Provide PT direct and consult services as documented in the student's IEPs at various schools in the district. Complete evaluations as assigned for initial and reevaluations in assigned schools (PT). Consult with district staff regarding accommodations/strategies to support students identified as needing PT services. Attend IEP meetings as necessary. Write goals and update current performance for assigned students. Document progress and write quarterly progress reports for assigned students.
