We are hiring an experienced Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support for all operational and project-related activities.

Miller Pipeline is hiring a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to support 6S activities across the organization to drive safety and efficiency through workplace organization.

Main Responsibilities:

Serve as the 6S Subject Matter Expert for the company.
Solicit feedback from subject matter experts on 6S events and translate into ideas to improve; elevate ideas to leadership for approval and implementation.
Support idea implementation and further refinement.
Apply Lean tools to solve problems at the regional level with consideration of strategic corporate objectives.
Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Develop and track sustainment through audits and checklists.
Collaborate with operational areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets.
Use lean and continuous improvement tools such as process flow charts, checklists, templates, and guides to assist Miller Pipeline associates in implementing defined processes.
Communicate progress, roadblocks and achievements with all stakeholders.
Capture, document and share best practices; transfer data across the region; enable and encourage stakeholders across the region to adopt best practices.
Proactively encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
Assist in identifying and enabling other Lean leaders and 6S Champions in achieving the company's vision of success.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years' professional work experience with some exposure to continuous improvement concepts and principles.
Ability to travel frequently by vehicle and/or airplane (80%), including overnight travel.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, planning, organizational and time management skills.
Strong math skills and effective written communication.
Ability to build relationships in cross-functional team environment.
Proven ability to work independently or with a team.
Enjoy working with others to achieve a common goal.
Tact and diplomacy.
Excellent attention to detail and exceptional follow through.
Highly self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a business related field from an accredited university.
Project lead and reporting.
Experience with Miller Pipeline's operations and/or CI processes.
MS Visio; Monday.com; Sharepoint; MS Teams.
