HR Generalist

We’re growing fast and need a people-savvy, organized, and all-around awesome HR Generalist to help us keep the rocket ship on course. If you love solving problems, building systems, and supporting great people, this might just be your dream gig. You’ll be the go-to for all things HR—helping us onboard smoothly, stay compliant, and keep our team feeling supported and fired up. We’ve got teams across the U.S. and Canada, so flexibility, follow-through, and a “let’s make it happen” mindset are key. What you’ll be jumping into: Assist with employee onboarding and employee support Making sure we stay up to date on multi-state compliance , policies, and HR best practices Coordinating payroll, benefits, and leave tracking (with support from the team) Helping manage employee files, contracts, and systems Supporting team development, performance reviews, and internal ops Being a culture builder—bringing energy, empathy, and solutions every day What we’re looking for: 5+ years of HR experience and a solid grip on labor laws and compliance Someone who’s proactive, approachable, and can handle sensitive stuff with care A systems thinker who can build or improve a process without overcomplicating it Experience with HR tools like ADP, iSolve, Gusto, Airtable, or similar platforms Bonus points if you’ve worked in cannabis, CPG, or another fast-moving industry Why you’ll love it here: We’re a high-energy, no-ego team that moves fast, thinks big, and backs each other up.
