Key Responsibilities: - Support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global, building and owning the full growth pipeline - Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels. - Drive the end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution. - Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Card , Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing) to activate and scale payment use cases. - Develop regional GTM strategies and identify high-potential payment corridors for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto flows.

- Support cross-border payment products, including settlement channels, payout solutions, and merchant integrations. - Provide market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive analysis to optimize product direction. - Represent Bybit in industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships.
