Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, and develop individualized treatment plans that address mental health issues and dual diagnoses.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and insights to drive client progress and engagement.

• Document clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to assist clients experiencing emotional or behavioral emergencies, assessing risk factors and formulating immediate therapeutic actions.

• Engage and coordinate with clients’ family members and support networks to reinforce treatment protocols and enhance the overall support system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic mental health conditions. Special attention will be given to individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent credential is required to practice.

• Demonstrable proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and telehealth systems.

• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage a demanding caseload with responsiveness and professionalism.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, promoting effective interactions with clients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is required, demonstrating expertise in counseling and crisis intervention.

Compensation and Benefits\n
