Senior Tax Manager

Oversee federal and international tax compliance, including annual and quarterly filings, ensuring adherence to local and global tax laws. Develop and manage tax planning strategies, focusing on optimizing tax efficiency and minimizing risk across operations. Lead and manage transfer pricing policies, conducting in-depth analyses to support cross-border transactions. Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on tax implications of business initiatives, M&A, and corporate structuring. Manage tax audits, inquiries, and disputes, liaising with authorities and external consultants as needed. Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements for all tax processes. Mentor and develop a team of tax professionals, driving continuous improvement and best practices. Qualifications CPA designation is required. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in both public accounting and private industry, with a strong focus on international and federal tax. Deep expertise in transfer pricing and tax compliance across jurisdictions. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
