Job Purpose Provide primary point of contact through which all technical questions, comments, concerns, and issues can be handled Decrease the time spent by doctors and technical staff replicating responsibilities or missing duties by providing oversight for all technical employees in the moment Duties And Responsibilities Oversee the individuals working on any given shift to ensure their work product is excellent Review any patient/doctor issues that come up in the moment to allow for expedient and satisfactory resolution Assign patients to the appropriate group based upon case severity and knowledge of technical skill level of group technical employees Updating full patient census forms and patient board regularly during shift Updating Triage Board as necessary in a Triage‑Center‑In‑Certification‑Process Hospital Ensure rounds are being appropriately handled as patients are transferred from one person to the next Acts as primary person for resource management of technical staff within the Emergency Department As assigned by the Technician Manager, trains staff in any technical areas requested Responsible for being primary key‑holder or Cubex resource as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of ER experience in a lead/supervisor role Enjoy being a key player on a dynamic team providing the highest standard of patient care Embody our core values: service, compassion, integrity, and quality Benefits – Our Care In Action We provide benefits spread comprehensively across your mental, physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing designed to meet your needs as a unique individual.
