CMM Operator

Cmm Operator SURESTAFF is immediately hiring CMM Operators for a Aerospace client in Arlington TX. The CMM Operators is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $22+ as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 6am-4pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the CMM Operators: Operate Equipment: Run manual or automated CMM equipment to measure dimensions, angles, and contours of metal or plastic parts. Inspect Parts: Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality checks using CMM probes, micrometers, and calipers. Read Blueprints: Interpret complex engineering drawings, technical designs, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards. Report Data: Generate inspection reports, log non-conforming parts, and document quality data. Calibrate & Maintain: Perform routine calibration checks on CMM probes, fixtures, and hand gauges to ensure precise accuracy Required Qualifications of the CMM Operators: Solid CMM operating experience, PC-DMIS required Able to write, edit, and run PC-DMIS programs and interpret output Comfortable with hand tools and height gage to inspect parts to pass Blueprint and GD&T reading Same all-position requirements as the rest of the list At Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
